We want to enhance our Minworth Day Operations Team with two additional coordinators to help keep our service second to none. Our coordinators are the WD40 of the network, keeping everything running smoothly.
In this role, you’ll be responding quickly and accurately to ensure freight movement is optimised. You’ll be a key problem solver for our Members, mediate in any issues between Members and generally build and maintain great relationships throughout our network.
Tasks will include arranging couriers, finding a home for unidentified freight, producing reports and ensuring there are effective handovers to and from the night teams.
This role comprises a wide range of skills and is both challenging and fun. You’ll get to play best friend, sheriff and superhero all in one shift. But don’t worry – you have a great team at your back, and a clear set of policies to follow.
Previous experience of working in logistics would be advantageous. Basic Excel skills are a must. If you have a confident, customer-focused approach, we would like to hear from you.
It’s 45 hours per week, worked in nine-hour shifts between 6am and 7pm. Shifts rotate weekly. It’s mostly Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday morning to cover absences.
